The Friends of Lordship Recreation Ground are a group of local people dedicated to organising events and activities to encourage local people to use the park. In addition to supporting projects that will help to maintain and improve the facilities available to members of the public using the park, the group also take a keen interest in the long and varied history of Lordship Recreation Ground. The group are always pleased to hear from people with fond childhood memories of the 'Rec' and indeed information on many of the other happy or tragic events that have occurred over the years. |

The
first day of interviews for the Lordship Rec video will be on Sunday 22nd April 2007,
(Probably from 11-5pm) but definitely in the afternoon in the playground hut in the centre
of the rec situated alongside the lake. Refreshments will be provided and anyone with
memories of this wonderful facility that features so prominently in the history of
Tottenham will be warmly welcomed.
New members to the Friends of Lordship Rec are always welcome and anyone interested in joining are encouraged to attend one of the monthly meetings that are held on the 1st Sunday of every months between 2-3 pm in the 'Eco-Hub' by the lake in Lordship Recreation Ground.
